SAPLINGS
Saplings is our playgroup for babies, children and their carers. We meet every Monday during term-time at the Encounter Centre from 10.00-11.30m. We do a variety of crafts and enjoy music and stories and a healthy snack. The children really enjoy coming along, as do their carers!
All our helpers are DBS checked.
A CHILD FRIENDLY PLACE
All of our activities are considered from the perspective of children's safety. We make sure that any potential hazards are removed. The youngsters enjoy playing with an exciting variety of toys and receive appropriate healthy snacks too.
GIVING MUM A BREAK
For mums with new babies, and for those whose children are slightly older we provide a welcoming and fun place to be. Just taking a couple of hours out each Monday can make a big difference to mums, dads and carers.
